Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions are valid for all purchases, deliveries and other services. Possible contradictory business terms of the customer are explicitly excluded. Additional agreements or amendments to the contract are only effective if they are confirmed in writing.
Creosim is at all times entitled to change or supplement these Terms and Conditions including all possible enclosures with an adequate term of notice. Orders made before possible changes will then be processed per the old Terms and Conditions.
Creosim offers 2 years of warranty on all products. Creosim must be notified within 2 months from the day the defect has occured.
In case of warranty claim, Creosim will either 1) repair or replace the hardware, or 2) refund the price paid, if the hardware is returned to Creosim.
When a defect on the hardware is documented and approved by Creosim, any cost regarding returning the hardware, is covered by Creosim, if the cheapest shipment option is used by the costumer.
Creosim may use new or used/refurbished parts in good working condition, to repair or replace.
Any repaired or replaced hardware will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period, or 60 days, whichever is greater.
Whenever possible, a discontinued product will be replaced with the same product. If Creosim is unable to do this, Creosim will replace the product with a new product of similar function and equal or greater value.
This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from, but not limited to, any of the following:
- Wear and tear associated with normal use
- Any modification, abuse, accident, disassembly, misapplication, or unauthorized repair
- Any improper operation, including any use not in accordance with any supplied product instructions
- Connection to any improper voltage supply
- Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect in materials or workmanship
Also excluded from this warranty are counterfeit products; that is, products that Creosim determines were not manufactured by Creosim.
Creosim shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, whether direct or indirect.
Creosim is responsible for the safety of all transaction made at creosim.com.
The money will be withdrawn from the customer’s account when the order is being shipped by Creosim.
All prices shown are including world wide shipping. There will not be added any fee or taxes to the shown price by Creosim during the transaction process. There may be added import taxes in the customs of countries outside the EU, according to the local/national law.
All prices shown are in Euro (EUR).
If in stock, the hardware will be delivered within 5-10 working days unless other has been stated on the product page.
In case of a defective hardware, the customer must notify Creosim by emailing to email@example.com with following content:
- Attached invoice
- A thoroughly description of the defect
- Attach pictures of the defective part(s)
- If necessary or requested by Creosim, a link to a file share site, of a video showing the defect occurring.
Creosim will process the information and will inform and guide the costumer through further processes.

Creosim offers 14 days fully return policy from the date the hardware is received.
Within this period, Creosim must be informed of the regretted purchase and the costumer must return the hardare to Creosim by the cheapest option of shipment. Any cost regarding returning the hardware, is covered by Creosim (unless the costumer chooses other shipment option than the cheapest).
This right of cancellation only applies to unused and unopened products.
If the right of cancellation is expired on a holiday or a weekend, it is extended to the following business day. If an order includes several products, that are delivered individually or products delivered in more than one batch, the right of cancellation is counted form the date the last unit or batch is received.
To make use of the right of cancellation you must give us notice within 14 days after the day that you received the product. This means that you cannot cancel your purchase by inaction.
The hardware must be returned within 14 days from notification is made by the costumer and Creosim will withhold the reimbursement until the hardware is received by Creosim.

Risk & responsibility
Creosim carries the risk and responsibility of a shipment until the hardware is delivered to the costumer.
In case of returning a hardware to Creosim, the costumer carries the risk and responsibility of a shipment until the hardware is delivered to Creosim.
Creosim collects information when the customer register on our site. Any of the information Creosim collects may be used in one of the following ways:
- To process transactions. The information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the customers consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
- To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature
- To send periodic emails. The email address provided by the customer may be used to send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
Creosim do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties the customers personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing the customer, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Creosim may also release the information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
